All of the suppliers above were a pleasure to deal with and were incredibly helpful and quick with delivery.

I did originally have a pistol scope on this gun but just found holding it steady without a rest too difficult so I opted for the red dot and it shoots a dream- literally one hole groups. The accuracy is also due to the muzzle re-crowning and the trigger replacement (which I can adjust) as the original trigger and crown were terrible.  I also decided to have a uniform overall look to the gun so I got it brushed nickel plated and in my opinion it looks more like a serious firearm.  The grips by Rick are just beautiful.

James Stout's Nice Looking Airguns
The 1377
has the usual modifications, such as valve porting and polish, poly tube transfer port, barrel recrown and trigger modifications, a solid kynar piston with cup seal, and the frame work for the stock is 1/2" electrical conduit mig welded and painted.  The wood is cherry from Appalachia Va. there is a leather buttplate, all work has been done by myself and on a budget the budget is part of the challenge and I would rather do all the work possible myself.

The other pistol has the same mods except for the butt stock and uses walnut with a silver inlay,it has a homemade iron rear sight and there is a ball bearing between the trigger and the sear.
