Biohazard Trigger Wobble Correction
This is a fun little mod.
- Remove the trigger from your gun and drill the hole out to 1/4 inch.
- File the burrs from the sides of the trigger.
- We need a bushing for the mod. You need about 1/8th inch long of 1/4inch roundstock. Plastic cuts easy with a hacksaw or coping saw but a lathe is good too. Or you can buy 1/8 by 1/4 inch bushings, at some hardware stores, and just cut and file them to the correct length.
- Sand the bushing flat on both sides.
- Press the bushing into the trigger. I used a vise expect channel locks or pliers would work fine.
- Stake near the edge of the brass to hold the bushing and keep it from spinning.
- Drill a 1/8th inch hole in the bushing. Drill through only once so as not to enlarge the hole. I drilled it off centered on the sear side to lighten the pull a bit didn't measure it but feels like it might have
- finished trigger might look something like this. Should get nearly all of the side to side play out of your trigger and give you a slighly lighter pull..
